Welcome to The Celluloid Collective (“TCC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website (www.tccfilm.com), purchasing products, or participating in our community, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to make purchases or participate in our community.

2. Products & Services

Film, Cameras & Merchandise: All items are sold as described. Film stocks, cameras, and apparel may vary in condition and availability.
Experimental/Expired Film: Many of our films are expired, rare, or experimental. By purchasing, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed.
Workshops & Educational Content: Our courses, guides, and digital resources are for personal use only and may not be redistributed without permission.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment is processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Shopify, PayPal).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Orders: Shipped via USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority). No overnight shipping currently offered.
International Orders: Shipped via USPS or DHL to select countries. Customers are responsible for any VAT, duties, or import fees upon delivery.
Delays & Risks: Once packages are shipped, TCC is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or lost/damaged packages, though we will assist on a case-by-case basis.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Final.
Exceptions apply if an item arrives damaged or not as described. In this case, email info@tccfilm.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Cancellations before shipment may be requested but are subject to a 3% fee to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on www.tccfilm.com (including logos, text, images, videos, and educational materials) is owned by The Celluloid Collective unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit our content without prior written consent.

7. Community Contributions

We may accept gear donations, shared images, or community feedback. By submitting content, you grant TCC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for educational or promotional purposes (with attribution when appropriate).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Film, especially expired or experimental stock, may yield unpredictable results. You acknowledge these risks when purchasing.
TCC makes no guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose. All products are sold “as is.”
