When will my order ship?

Orders usually take in 24-48 hours to ship. However, newly released products can take longer.

During a print release, sales orders may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to ship depending on the artist and their process, Some of our prints are hand-printed!

Are Prints sold out forever?

Sometimes Yes, If a print is labeled as limited edition and sells out, it will not return.

I saw a print of yours online, have you already sold those? 

If it's old, most likely. If it's new, there is a chance we haven't sold it yet. You can find out about print releases by signing up for our newsletter.

Do you combine shipping? 

If you placed multiple orders under the same name during a print drop or timed edition sale, then your orders should arrive combined and a partial shipping refund will be issued once the combined order has been fulfilled.

Do you ship to my country? 

At this time we do not ship internationally, however, we are working to make all our products and prints available everywhere.

I made a mistake when I placed my order. Can you fix it?

Just send us an email with your order number ASAP. We should be able to resolve any issues with your order. celluloidcollective@gmail.com

Do you do local pickup? 

We do not offer local pick-up!

How can I find out about new Product releases?

The best way to keep tabs on future product releases is to sign up for our newsletter or check out our Instagram. Updates will be infrequent and we won't sell your e-mail to a third party..or a fourth party.
